The Hac Sa Long Chao Kok Coastal Trail is also safe to do, thanks to the guardrails that have been strategically added. Bring a camera along because there are numerous photo opportunities throughout the trail. It’s also good to note that there are public restrooms for the convenience of hikers. The best time to do this hike is during the winter months to enjoy the cool, crisp air, but be sure to start your hike early in the day.

While here, visitors can access other popular attractions in Coloane, especially Hac Sa Beach, which literally means, ‘black sand beach’. This is the only public beach in Macau on the southern tip of Coloane. It’s a terrific place to escape for the day, especially if you have kids and want to bring them somewhere near nature where everyone can relax and recharge.
