Macao International Travel (Industry) Expo 2025 Dates, Schedule
Every Macao International Travel (Industry) Expo guarantees a fantastic time for meeting big and small players from all over the continent and beyond. Hundreds of trade visitors and buyers attend to look for great travel deals as well.
For 12 years, the Expo has been carrying our dedication to delivering Macao’s strengths as a platform. They bring together members of the travel trade at home and abroad, build a bridge for effective exchange and collaboration, and propel regional and international tourism cooperation forward. A professional platform is forged for exhibitors, buyers and expo visitors to exhibit and view, sell and purchase tourism products.
Following our spotlight on wine and gourmet, the 13th Expo will feature a new showcase of coffee products from Macao and Portuguese-speaking countries. These products will exude the aroma of Macao, a UNESCO Creative City of Gastronomy. Halal commodities will be presented at MITE for the first time, alongside a broader range of distinctive products from countries and regions along the Belt and Road.
They will also explore the potential of educational tourism and foster the concerted development between Macao and the Guangdong-Macao In-Depth Co-operation Zone in Hengqin through the adopted format of “one exhibition, two destinations” once again.
They sincerely invite exhibitors and buyers from different destinations to participate in the 13th MITE, leveraging this international exchange platform and the city’s advantages to explore new possibilities, grow their businesses, and boost product sales.
The Expo will continue to function as Macao’s sole international professional travel fair, promoting exchange and cooperation among members of the travel trade worldwide as they tap into market expansion together. The event will represent our efforts to deepen integration across “tourism +” and enrich Macao’s offerings as a world centre of tourism and leisure in accordance with the development plan for adequate economic diversification.
In addition to tourism, health, education, and information technology players attend. After all, these industries must work together for everyone’s mutual benefit.
The event is organised by the Macao Government Tourism Office and supported by several groups, including the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of the People’s Republic of China, The Office of the Commissioner of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the People’s Republic of China in Macao Special Administrative Region, and the Liaison Office of the Central People’s Government in the Macao S.A.R.
The expo occurs at The Venetian Macao, home to Macau’s biggest conference and event facilities.
The Macao International Travel (Industry) Expo is an event not to be missed if you are in the travel and tourism business.
