HZM Bus

The HZM Bus, or the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge shuttle bus, is an affordable and convenient way to get from Hong Kong to Macau or vice versa.

It operates 24 hours a day and seven days a week, with two lines servicing the Hong Kong-Zhuhai and the Hong Kong-Macau routes.

The shuttle buses are scheduled to depart every 5 to 10 minutes during peak hours or every 15 minutes during non-peak hours. Because of this, passengers have a reliable schedule to follow for commuting. It also makes it easy for tourists to see the sights in each territory while travelling back to the other hassle-free.

The HZM Bus fares vary depending on the time of day and the route you are travelling. Ticket prices are already inclusive of taxes and fees. To board the bus from Hong Kong, go to the HZMB Port Building. After clearing immigration and customs, you can obtain your ticket from a machine through a QR code and then go to the HSM Bus lane. Macau buses are found in lanes D and E. Meanwhile, buses from Macau to Hong Kong are stationed at the Macau Port Bus Terminal.

Passengers are advised to book beforehand, with a maximum advanced booking of 10 days before your travel date. As with all other transportation methods available from Hong to Macau and vice versa, passengers must be ready to board the bus with valid and updated passports and other pertinent travel documents. Children under 3 are free if a seat is not required.
