The Macau Outer Harbour Ferry Terminal is one of the two ferry ports servicing boats taking passengers to and from Hong Kong and Macau.

This is also the primary terminal for TurboJet services.

However, the terminal is much more than that: it offers passengers a convenient and relaxing way to travel. Arrivals go straight to the first floor, where a tourist information booth can provide any assistance you may need for your trip. The helpful staff can provide you with maps and brochures and advise you on the best ways to get around. Tourists can also book tour packages from here.

Other facilities at the Macau Outer Harbour Ferry Terminal include ATMs, currency exchange stalls, banks, and travel agencies. Vending machines sell SIM cards that can be used in both Hong Kong and Macau so that you can always stay connected. Meanwhile, departures arrive on the second floor of the terminal. There are ticket counters and self-service kiosks from where you can buy tickets.

The TurboJet ticketing office, as well as the kiosk, is also located on the second floor.  The Premier Lounge is located on Level 2, outside the restricted area.

Lastly, on the third floor, passengers can enjoy dining and shopping facilities while waiting to board a ferry. There are boutiques selling travel essentials and cafes serving coffee, sandwiches, and other delicious food. Souvenir shops are found here, too.
