The park is simple, with manicured greens and a scenic environment. It only takes a few minutes to appreciate this park and move on to the tourist attractions. If you haven’t been to the Sands Macao, you can hit two birds with one stone by visiting it after the park. This massive casino resort is one of the most famous in the country, renowned for its world-class casinos and five-star accommodations. Aside from that, they are equipped with a spa, salon, and swimming pool.

There are other exciting things you can visit after Monte Carlo Square. Popular hotels within the vicinity include the Artyzen Grand Lapa, Waldo Hotel, and the Harbourview Hotel.

The Macau Fisherman’s Wharf is nearby, too; it is the biggest entertainment complex in town and boasts numerous attractions and activities for all ages. You will be transported to a world of European culture, evident in the fantastic dining and shopping options. Not to be missed is the majestic Roman amphitheatre, an impressive 3,500 square-meter structure that looks just like the real thing.

The Lotus Square is a popular landmark nearby, too. The large, golden lotus sculpture can be seen from far away. It’s significant because it is a symbol of Macau’s sovereignty and everlasting prosperity; it was given by the State Council of China in 1999. The lotus sculpture is made entirely out of gilded bronze, weighs 6.5 tons, and stands 6 metres high.

Monte Carlo Square is one of the sights in this part of Macau that you shouldn’t miss.
