The sports grounds are only a few minutes from the Lin Fung Temple, a 16th-century Buddhist temple built in 1592. Historically, it served as a residence for government officials and a business office for the Chinese during different times. Throughout the decades, it underwent several reconstructions to increase its size. There is a large square fronting the temple, and behind it is a lotus pond and a small garden.
You can also easily visit the Flora Garden from this area. It’s designed in the old European style and is located at the base of Guia Hill. There is a small area where kids can play, and its beautiful flowerbeds always capture the attention of photographers. This is a wonderful place for exercise or a lazy stroll.
