The iconic parallel activity Fireworks Carnival welcomes the public every fireworks evening to elevate the vibrant vibes, expanding the synergy of “tourism + events” and the concurrent online game.
Two fireworks shows will occur at 9pm and 9:40pm each evening. Each show will last about 18 minutes. Several of the teams will incorporate the theme of both anniversaries into their shows, orchestrating mesmerizing fireworks symphonies for double celebrations as well.
One of the vantage points is the waterfront of Macao Science Center, where the General Union of Neighbors Association of Macau rolls out the Fireworks Carnival from 5pm to 11pm each show day. The Carnival is vibrant, with food stalls, experience booths, game booths, and stage performances.
The International Fireworks Festival was founded in 1989 to celebrate fireworks and their association with Macau’s economy. It has since grown to be among the world’s premier pyrotechnic festivals. Today, the event draws thousands of people each year who come to watch international pyrotechnic masters at work.
There are many excellent vantage points to watch the fireworks show. However, the best views can be seen from the Macau Tower waterfront, Skywalk, Anim’Arte Nam Van, and the promenade facing the Kun Iam Statue. Aside from the fireworks show, there will be lots of fantastic food and drinks to indulge in as you watch the fireworks show.
Aside from the fireworks shows, the festival is also an opportunity for patrons to discover more art and music. There are always more activities planned out, including contests for students, food booths, live music, and so much more. Be sure to get your tickets ahead of time.
The International Fireworks Festival is a thrilling event for all ages.
